including public liability and
employers liability up to €13,000,000, while our structural engineering consultants are insured for a professional indemnity level of up to €6,000,000.

| What
kind of plant and equipment do we use? |
 |
We
currently use 1.5 to 30 ton excavators with custom built
buckets and demolition arms to maximise scope and efficiency.
We also use all standard support machinery and vehicles.
Where accessibility is an issue, an optimum combination
of different sized plant can be tailored as each job
requires.

|
| What
happens on a demolition site? |
 |
A
typical job would be carried out as follows:
- The
building/s and surrounding area is soft stripped of
timber & salvageable items.
-
Where necessary, temporary shoring is designed, fabricated,
and erected.
-
Hand demolition is then normally carried out using
a combination of men on the ground and small machinery
to remove debris.
- For
high buildings the upper levels would have to be demolished
by hand using chutes running down to ground level.
- The
site is then isolated for large scale demolition using
20-30 ton machines.
- All
rubble the then carted away, and the site is cleaned
up
