2, carried out with no rear access. Breaking of and
removal of basement floor slab, excavation for drainage.
All of the work on this project had to be carried out
by hand and 1.5t mini excavator with all resulting debris
removed from the building without the use of rear access,
or direct access to the front of the building.

Temporary
works to the rear of two Georgian buildings on Clare
Street, Dublin 2. These buildings are owned by the National
Gallery of Ireland and are part of the new gallery currently
under construction. This work consisted of carrying
the total load of two bows to the rear of the buildings,
remove cast iron columns, and leave ready for the building
of new brick piers to restore the Georgian rear facades.

and excavation to the lower ground floor of number 6
Raglan Road, along with selected design and erection
of temporary works for new openings building is the
new residence of Mr. Denis O' Brien.

Needling
and propping to five walls in number 5 College Street.
This is a listed building within the new 'WestInn' Hotel
development on Westmoreland Street. The propping allowed
the installation of 'picture frame' permanent steel
work (by us) to provide vehicular access to the new
underground carpark. Also included in this project were
excavations within the basement to allow the construction
of the new bar and toilet areas.
