buildings as well as the installation of sheet piling
and the bulk excavation. This project was carried out
for Curraghbeg Limited.

of the former Balbrigan Town Hall and adjacent buildings
at George’s Square, Balbrigan for the Moriarty
Group through Denis Rooney Associates. This job was
carried out right in the centre of a busy town and includes
work directly adjacent to the Carnegie Library, a listed
building.

of a dangerous building and installation of temporary
propping at 25 Thomas Street, Dublin 8 for the Digital
Hub through Atkins project managers and engineers. This
work had to be carried out using cranes and MEWPS (mobile
elevated working platforms) as the building had been
structurally damaged by fire and had been condemned
by Dublin City Council Dangerous Building Department.

building contractors. This was a steel framed building
and the work had to be carried out within the factory
complex, immediately adjacent to a series of operational
rooms while the factory was open.

of this building, three storeys high, had collapsed
and all of the work had to be carried out using a crane
