& Co. This project involved the demolition of buildings
within the Treasury Holdings premises while the office
remained in business. The project also included the
excavation and removal of 3000m2 of soils.

of buildings at 43-44 Hill Street for Walsh Maguire
& Co. The buildings to be demolished were ‘landlocked’
and all of the perimeter demolition overlooked adjoining
properties. This perimeter demolition was carried out
by hand with the project being completed without incident.
Following the demolition continuing plant hire was used
to attend archaeological excavation.

of buildings at Convent Place (behind Leeson Street)
for John G BURNS Construction. This contract included
underpinning the adjoining premises and erecting temporary
steel work followed by excavation to basement level.

out as a nominated sub-contract directly for the school.

the work was carried out while the store remained trading.
We were a nominated sub-contractor working for Newman
Construction.

included in this project were attendances on the piling
contractor.

of 116-117 Cork Street, Installation of temporary works
to number 115 Cork Street, underpinning to the perimeter
of the site including the installation of steel propping
and bulk excavation. This project was carried out for
Curraghbeg Limited and involved a number of site visits.
