Carry out sheet piling to perimeter of site for ground stabilisation with rakers and whalers. Excavate site services (ESB Gas, fibre optic cables) outside perimeter of site. Form hardstandings for piling ring etc.

Camden Street. Demolish existing old Georgian Building consisting of brickwork and stonework and grub up concrete floor slab and foundation and cart away. Excavate bulk dig to basement (all soil contaminated) and cart away to licenced tips. Carry out underpinning to surrounding buildings.

Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin. This work is being carried out to the rear of the main building, which is being restored. The buildings being demolished are contained within the ‘courtyard’ formed by the main building. The department of Agriculture is immediately adjacent to the demolition project.
Demolish parts of existing structures and demolish parts of RC walls, block walls, and plasterboard partitions internally and cart away. Carrying out builders works, forming opes, needle and pinning and inserting structural steelwork to support existing walls. Carry out all drainage works (by hand) in basement area and excavate and lay site service and complete external works package around hotel service yard.

37 - 38 Capel Street 3 Storey Building. Protected/listed building; front façade retained and propped by temporary steelwork. Demolition works package contained - removing roof complete, remove all timber floors. Excavate bulk dig to form new basement. Carry out to stage underpinning.

29 Woodlands Park for E H Construction. The front façade of the house was retained with all of the remainder being demolished. Both adjoining properties were occupied during the works.

Demolition
of 19 Sandymount Avenue for John G Burns. This building
is the former Teagasc building and is adjacent to the
taxation institute and occupied dwelling houses. The
demolition will be carried out sensitively and will
respect the adjoining occupiers.

Wellington Lane and Blessington Street - AP Tobin Limited. This demolition took place around the still trading iron workshops facing onto the main road.

Demolition
works at the Kilternan Sports Hotel for Bowen Construction.
This project included the complete demolition of some
of the buildings and the gutting out of others. With
the exception of Springfield House, a protected structure,
all of the retained buildings were returned to their
structural state.
