Leopardstown Office Block. Demolish existing modern part structural steel frame and part precast concrete frame building. Grub concrete slab and foundation and cart away. Excavate bulk dig to basement for main contractor to carry out extension to new office block.

Fatima Mansions. Demolish 13 Flats consisting of 2 & 3 Storey Flats. Soft stripping and demolish concrete frame buildings/flats and crushing and removing debris off site including grubbing up foundations and concrete ground floor slabs. All asbestos was removed in accordance with HSA procedures and disposal to licensed tips.

Marlborough Street Carpark. Demolish section of carpark (5 storey building) Demolish carpark entrance. Demolish brick panels and precast concrete panels of external façade of carpark throughout. Carry out enabling works. Excavate trial holes. Exploring existing foundations, pipe caps, ground beams etc. Excavating reduced levels for new office area and ditto for new carpark area.

Airton Road. Demolish structural steel frame warehouse including asbestos sheeting to roof. Break-up concrete floor slab and foundations. Crush all concrete and blockwork on site for main contractor to re-use as filling. Excavate bulk dig to carpark area and excavate and install site services (ESB, GAS NTL etc) to the site.

67 Ailsbury Road. 2 Storey Georgian Building/house (Residential). Demolish part of building, salvaging old granite chips, kerbs, stones and key stones for main contractor. Demolish walls of roof area (part-off). Temporary works package consisting of structural steel supports to existing walls of roof area which remained in place. Supplied and laid hardstandings for piling rig and provided attendance to piling rig.

Bray Old Printworks Site. Demolish existing structural steel frame warehouse and break up concrete slab and grub up foundations. Remove all debris from site.
