KPMG IFSC: Soft strip demolition works carried out on behalf of Ardmac Construction comprising the removal and strip out of existing internal floor, wall and ceiling finishes. These works were carried out on two floors of an existing and live commercial office block.

Fumbally Lane: Bulk excavation works carried out on behalf of Pierse Contracting in a tight city centre commercial location. Works comprised the excavation of a new basement and all drainage works below. All contaminated soil was removed from site and dealt with by a licensed handler.

Clondalkin Credit Union: Demolish an existing three storey building of approx 5000 sq ft plan area, comprising reinforced concrete roof, floors and stairs. Also removed from site were various elements of asbestos material to a licensed handler..

Woodies Tallaght: Demolition of two existing retail units in Tallaght, Woodies and the Banana Tree next to the Square Shopping Centre. Works comprised the soft strip, services decommissioning and demolition of both buildings. Each building consisted of external sheet cladding fixed to a precast framed structure and an reinforced concrete slab.

SFX Theatre: Temporary works carried out on behalf of P Elliott & Co to the side of an existing street. Works comprised of sheet piling and temporary works supports to enable groundworks be carried out to a new basement area.

Aldi Portlaoise: Demolish an existing factory and associated offices, consisting of concrete frame building, brick and block frame, with brown and white asbestos coverings. Remove all concrete floors and cart away. Excavate and strip existing site to reduced levels and complete all service and utility site development works.

Cardiff Lane: Bulk excavation works carried out on behalf of P Elliott & Co and co-ordination of all disposal of contaminated soil off site to a licensed handler.

Sandymount Avenue: Demolish 3 Georgian detached 3 storey buildings consisting of concrete frame building, brick and block frame, asbestos slate roof covering. Remove all timber floors and cart away. Excavate bulk dig to basement 4m deep. Carry out Kingpost system and sheeting/ trench piling for ground stabilisation.
